British Airways, City of Winchester, Landor Colors |
Limited
edition. Very nice model in the Big Bird tradition: well designed,
smoothly painted, and expertly assembled. With Big Bird's consistent
quality, the only thing to comment on is livery, which is, well...Landor!

| B 747-123,
United Airlines, Saul Bass Scheme, 1980s Colors |
Limited
edition.Okay, its purdy, sorta, but not the whiz-bang beauty
it was advertised to be. It has Big Bird's trademark excellence of
finish and assembly, but the livery itself leaves something to be
desired. And personnally, I desire. However, if you are a diehard
United Airlines collector, this one is probably a must-have.
This model is displayed with its update
partner in the left-hand column. |
