Nice model, and the landing gear hangs better than most. See my

Nice model, and good colors, but the picture
on the box is different. The airplane on the box doesn't have
the tropical filter, and the underside is colored white. Curiouser
and curiouser.

Love this model, and it has great colors, including a sky blue underside.
However, it has two manufacturing flaws that detract from its value.
The Pitot tube under the wing is
turned up and in, and the person who screwed in the stand missed
the screw hole on his or her first try and consequently removed
some paint on the underside.
I ordered another copy, knowing that the vendor would
put up a squawk if I tried to return the model. It is very difficult
to make manufacturers accountable for such errors. That's why I
point out manufacturing sloppiness throughout this Web page. (Some
vendors won't answer troublesome emails. See my tale about the wings
coming off in the 1/400 section.)

Nicely colored model with the black and white underside camouflage
applied early in the war. Money well spent!
