Aviation Archive - D-Day. When it comes to operational combat aircraft, there is probably no type more beautiful than the Mosquito. I have six of the models, with another on order, so the mold has clearly maintained its attractiveness over the last eight years. This particular model was made in 2001, and it probably has the best paint and assembly of any I've seen.
