Archive.The Flying
Mule Collection. I remember when this model
came out -- rumor, secrecy, delays (oh yes, legendary delays!), redos,
reductions, and finally selling out to collectors driven crazy by
anticipation. After-market copies leapt in price, and disappointment
spread like wildfire. Yes, it was all great fun! And as far as I'm
concerned, it has been Corgi's most exciting release -- after all,
how often do you get to witness a cyber riot over a mere diecast model?
All that aside, this Flying Mule/Corgi creation is really very nice:
the special box-cover painting is excellent, the model's paint job
is colorful, and the fit and finish is exceptional. Thank you Flying
Mule for making sure Corgi got it right.
Hobby Master, do you need a road map in standard scale? |
