Collection . It finally occurred to my addled, aged, and ambling
mind why Corgi was able to produce and eventually dispose of so many
of its limited edition models: In the early years (and this model
was made in 2004), they had virtually no competition in this scale!
However, that said, this particular model is still available from
certain online vendors.
This is a very nice version of the Corsair, and despite being a two-tone
early-war version, it is very attractive. The bird-cage canopy is
a standout, and the white landing gear struts and wheel wells offer
good contrast. All in all, a worthwhile model to own. |
