Power Series. A wonderful three-shade camouflage
scheme makes this model a top-notch collector's gem. The "wash"
(the darker shading that is applied to give the panel lines more definition)
was more lightly applied in this model than in the FAA
version, and whether or not that is an improvement is in the eye of
the beholder. Personally, I like the wash whether it is heavy or light,
as it seems to be more of an artists decision (if you can think of
of the diecast engineers at HM as artists) than anything else.
Unfortunately,
the pilot is still not allowed to fly. If he was, I'd love to photograph
him turning some sky-warping didos... |
